Excellent video, very conversational and instructive. I'm told my that my play is too passive hence I view your website and have bought your book on on crushing opponents. Hopefully, your insights will help but when I try anything too vigorous I seem to emerge like your example game with insufficient ammo left...

Thanks for the nice comments HeadCrunch! Good to know there getting some use. I don't play on playchess but I do give ICC a whirl once in a while. Not sure about Halifax, might give it a go but will decide nearer the time. Cheers for now!

Extremely enjoyable video, 1st class presentation skills, would be a joy to watch any type of video you wish to create, any Dragon opening would be greatly appreciated (Only because that's part of my repertoire for Black). Cheers Simon.

Thanks for the comments! A bit tricky doing a video but looks like quite an easy way to follow a game. Was an interesting encounter (in hindsite, not immediatley after the game!) I have never come across a plan which revolves around Qc1-Qb1 which is a unique and great idea. I will be doing more videos, maybe with a deep theory section at some point. Any one got any preferences what the videos should be on?

I enjoyed it! It's nice too to see a defensive win, these are rarely showcased.

Great video and an interesting game!
Maybe 17....h6 was a slight mistake. 17....Qb6 would force 18.Rb1 (or 18.b3) as 18.Qc1 as in the game would leave f2 undefended.
I take it that the next video won't be covering the following Williams - Trent game (although I found it interesting!) ?!
